Broadband Terms & Conditions
1. Broadband & Phone rental is not charged separately.
2. Subject to service availability.
3. Upon Broadband activation, customer has to bring along Multimedia Confirmation Slip for the
4. collection of their Cordless Phone at any TMpoint.
5. TM reserves the right to vary the Cordless Phone model depending on availability of stocks.
6. For Broadband & Phone, customer can start enjoying call plan on the next bill date after Broadband service is activated.
7. Customer can migrate from existing call plan to a new plan. The existing call plan will be terminated on the next bill date.
8. For Phone packages, customer can start enjoying call plan on the next Phone bill date.
9. Standard Broadband & Phone Terms & Condition apply.
10. Cordless Phone is applicable for new subscription & upgrading to higher speed only.
11. Customer is entitled for new Cordless Phone upon upgrading speed from other services to Broadband & Phone package.
12. Customer is entitled for Cordless Phone when migrating to a higher speed.
13. Customer is not allowed to change Contract Period within minimum subscription period once the package is registered
14. Customer can go to TMpoint to purchase the Computer within 30 days from Streamyx Installation (activation)
15. The payments required upon purchase are:· Device payment at discounted price
16· Pre-payment subscription fee (2 months or 4 months depending on the Broadband contract period chosen by customer)
· Delivery Charges (for East Malaysia only)
17. Device Payment method:· Cash
· Credit Card Installment plan for 12 months at 0% interest for Maybank Credit Card holders only for price RM1,000 and above)
The prepayment fee is non refundable.
18. FREE Cordless Phone & FREE WiFi Modem eligibility:
19. FREE Cordless Phone & FREE WiFi modem will be given for NEW Broadband & Phone customers
20. The eligibility for existing customers are as per below:
i. Cordless Phone will be given if the customer has not received any FREE Cordless Phone from the previous Broadband Package
ii. FREE WiFi Modem will be given if the customer is using a wired modem from the previous Broadband package.
